ACT 1994 No 82—PROCLAMATION

I, the HonourabIe Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Energy Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation. appoint 24 July 1998 as the day on which Schedule 4 (2) to that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence certain amendments to the Pipelines

Act 1967 contained in the Energy Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1994

relating to the construction and operation of pipelines.
