I, the Governor, acting under section 2 (2) of Energy Corporations (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 1994, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 January 1995 as the clay on which that Act, other than the long title, and sections 1, 2, 42, 4-3 and 44 comes into operation.
