Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Energy Coordination
(Licensing Fees) Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Energy
Coordination (Licensing Fees) Regulations 1999* .

(c) by deleting "$1 500" and inserting instead — " $2 250 '';

3.            Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 is amended by deleting "$250" and inserting instead —

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting "$100" and inserting instead —

" $150 ";

(b) by deleting "$1 000" and inserting instead —

" $1 500 ";

5.            Schedule 2 amended
