Energy Coordination (Gas Tariffs) Amendment

Regulations 2020

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Energy Coordination (Gas Tariffs)

Amendment Regulations 2020.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2020.

3. Regulations	amended
(2)	In Schedule 1 clause 9(1) delete "2014/15" and insert:
2021/22

These regulations amend the Energy Coordination (Gas Tariffs)

Regulations 2000.

4. Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 clause 8(1) delete "2014/15" and insert:
2021/22
Note: The heading to amended Schedule 1 clause 8 is to read:

General adjustment for 2021/22 financial year and subsequent

financial years

(3) Amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out in the Table.
