Energy Coordination (Gas Tariffs) Amendment
Regulations 2008
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Energy Coordination (Gas Tariffs)
Amendment Regulations 2008.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2008.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Energy
Coordination (Gas Tariffs) Regulations 2000.
4. Regulation 8 repealed
Regulation 8 is repealed.
5. Schedule 1 amended
(1) The Table to Schedule 1 clause 1 is amended as follows:
(a) by deleting “9.68” and inserting instead — “ 12.12 ”;
(b) by deleting “6.85” and inserting instead — “ 8.15 ”;

(c) by deleting “4.44” and inserting instead — “ 7.33 ”;
(d) by deleting “3.26” and inserting instead — “ 7.33 ”.
(2) The Table to Schedule 1 clause 2 is amended as follows:
(a) by deleting “9.68” and inserting instead — “ 12.12 ”;
(b) by deleting “7.08” and inserting instead — “ 8.51 ”;
(c) by deleting “5.64” and inserting instead — “ 6.77 ”.
(3) The Table to Schedule 1 clause 3 is deleted and the following
Table is inserted instead —
“Rates for components of residential tariff
Fixed (a) for premises other than those described component in paragraph (b), 12.73 cents per day; (b)
for multiple dwellings supplied through a commonly metered supply point —
•
12.73 cents per day for the first dwelling;
•
6.35 cents per day for each additional dwelling.
Usage • 9.26 cents per unit component ”.

(4) The Table to Schedule 1 clause 4 is deleted and the following
Table is inserted instead —
“Rates for components of non-residential tariff
Fixed • 12.73 cents per day component Usage • 9.26 cents per unit component ”.
(5) The Table to Schedule 1 clause 5 is amended as follows:
(a) by deleting “21.74” and inserting instead — “ 27.25 ”;
(b) by deleting “6.04” and inserting instead — “ 7.56 ”.
(6) The Table to Schedule 1 clause 6 is amended as follows:
(a) by deleting “21.74” and inserting instead — “ 27.25 ”;
(b) by deleting “5.38” and inserting instead — “ 6.74 ”.
(7) Schedule 1 clause 8(1) is amended by deleting “2003/04” and
inserting instead —“ 2009/10 ”.
Note: The heading to Schedule 1 clause 8 is to be altered by deleting
“2003/04” and inserting instead “2009/10”.

(8) Schedule 1 clause 9(1) is amended by deleting “2003/04” and
inserting instead —“ 2009/10 ”.
