Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Energy Coordination (Customer
Contracts) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Energy
Coordination (Customer Contracts) Regulations 2004*.

3.             Regulation 47 amended

Regulation 47(2)(b) is amended by inserting before "charge" —
" reasonable ".
