Energy Coordination Amendment

The amendments in these regulations are to the Energy
Coordination Regulations 2004*.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Energy Coordination
Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

15 June 2004 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 2027

3.            Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5(2) is amended as follows:

(a)	after paragraph (c) by deleting the semicolon and inserting a full stop;
(b)	by deleting paragraph (d).
