Energy Arbitration and Review Repeal

Regulations 2009

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council under section 86 of the Act.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Energy Arbitration and Review Repeal
Regulations 2009.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation when the National Gas Access (WA) Act 2009 Part 7 Division 1 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations repealed

These regulations are repealed:

(a)	Gas Pipelines Access (Western Australia) Regulations 2000;
(b)	Gas Pipelines Access (Western Australia) (Funding) Regulations 1999.
