Regulations forthe Employment of Persons other than those Employed in Government Factories under Section 63, Sub-sections 1 and 2 of the Defence Acts.—Regulation 6a.—Addition.

After Regulation 6
insert following new Regulation:—“6a. The provisions of Regulations 5 and 6 shall not apply to persons employed as Clerks and to persons employed as Assistant Examiners of Stores. Such persons shall be paid for overtime and Sunday work in accordance with Commonwealth Public Service Regulations and practice in force at the time of payment.”
