AN ACT to amend the Employment Brokers

Act, 1909.

[Assented to 23rd May, 1918.]

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Employment Brokers Act Short title.

Amendment Act, 1918, and shall be read as one with the Employment Brokers Act, 1909, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    A paragraph is added to section fifteen of the principal Amendment of

Section 15 of No

Act as follows :—

57 of 1909.

" No payment or remuneration for or in respect of any hiring shall be charged by an employment broker to the servant which is not equally charged to the employer."

3. All copies of the principal Act to be hereafter printed by the Government Printer shall be printed as amended by this Act, under the supervision of the Clerk of Parliaments.
