Employment Agents Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Employment Agents Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the Consumer Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014 Part 3 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Employment Agents
Regulations 1976.

4.             Regulations 6 and 7 deleted

Delete regulations 6 and 7.

5.             Schedule 1 amended

(1)	In Schedule 1 Forms 1 and 2 delete clause 5.
(2)	In Schedule 1 Forms 3 and 5 delete clause 6.
(3)	Delete Schedule 1 Form 11.
(4)	In Schedule 1 Form 13 delete “219 St George’s Terrace, Perth
WA” and insert:
[street address to be inserted]
