Employment Agents Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These are the Employment Agents Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2004.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which Part 2 Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 comes into operation or on the day of their publication in the Gazette, whichever is the later.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Employment
Agents Regulations 1976*.

4.             Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5 is amended by deleting “Chief Inspector of
Factories and Shops” and inserting instead —

“ Commissioner ”.

5. Regulation 9 repealed
Regulation 9 is repealed.

6.             Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10(2) is amended by deleting “licensing officer” and inserting instead —

“ Commissioner ”.

7.             Schedule amended

(1)	The Schedule Form 1 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS:” and inserting instead —
“ Commissioner for Fair Trading: ”.
(2)	The Schedule Form 2 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS:” and inserting instead —
“ Commissioner for Fair Trading: ”.
(3)	The Schedule Form 3 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS:” and inserting instead —
“ Commissioner for Fair Trading: ”.
(4)	The Schedule Form 4 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS:” and inserting instead —

(5)	The Schedule Form 5 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS:” and inserting instead —

(6)	The Schedule Form 6 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS:” and inserting instead —
“ Commissioner for Fair Trading: ”.
(7)	The Schedule Form 7 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS.” and inserting instead — “ Commissioner for Fair Trading. ”.
(8)	The Schedule Form 8 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS.” and inserting instead — “ Commissioner for Fair Trading. ”.
(9)	The Schedule Form 9 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS.” and inserting instead — “ Commissioner for Fair Trading. ”.
(10)	The Schedule Form 10 is amended by deleting “CHIEF INSPECTOR OF FACTORIES AND SHOPS.” and inserting instead — “ Commissioner for Fair Trading. ”.
