Employment Agents Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Employment Agents Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2012.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Employment Agents
Regulations 1976.

4.             Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10(1) in the Table:

(a) delete “1 450.00” (each occurrence) and insert:

928.00

(b) delete “1 080.00” (each occurrence) and insert:

690.00

(c) delete “335.00” and insert:

214.00
