Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Employment Agents Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.            The regulations amended

3.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 Forms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are amended by deleting "Fair Trading" and inserting instead —

" Consumer Protection ".
