EMPLOYMENT AGENTS ACT 1976

EMPLOYMENT AGENTS AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Employment Agents Amendment

Regulations 1996.

Regulation 10 amended

2.     Regulation 10 (1) of the Employment Regulations 1976* is amended —

(a) by deleting the item commencing "Application for grant of general

(b)

by deleting the item commencing "Application for renewal of general licence";

(c)

by deleting the item commencing "Application for grant of restricted licence"; and

(d)

by deleting the item commencing "Application for renewal of restricted licence".
