EMPLOYMENT AGENTS AMIENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1 These re lations may be cited as the Employment Agents Amendment
Regulations 1 F 95.

Commencement

2. These regulations come into operation on 1 January 1996.

Principal regulations

3.      In these regulations, the Emplgyment Regulations 1976* are referred to

as the principal regulations.

Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10 (1) of the principal regulations is amended -

by deleting the item commencing "Grant of general licencen and

substituting the following item -

by deleting the item commencing "Renewal of general licence" and

substituting the following item -

Renewal of a general licence for a period not

exceeding the prescribed period ............ 125.00 n.

by deleting the item commencing "Grant of restricted licencen and

substituting the following item -

Grant of a restricted licence for a period not

exceeding the prescribed period ............ 430.00 m.

by deleting the item commencing "Renewal of restricted licence"
and substituting the following items -

Renewal of a restricted licence for a period not exceeding the prescribed period ............ 125.00

Transitional - Renewal of a general or a restricted licence for a period of one year .............................. 42.00

(b) section 13 (lb) - a licence may be renewed for 3
