(Fees) Regulation 2002

Employment Agents Act 1996

Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Employment Agents Act 1996.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase fees payable in relation to the licensing sections 7, 11 and 31 (the general power to make regulations).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Employment Agents Amendment (Fees)

Regulation 2002.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2002.

3 Amendment of Employment Agents Regulation 2001

The Employment Agents Regulation 2001 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
