Employment Agents Act 1996

His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Employment Agents Act 1996.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase fees payable in relation to the licensing sections 7 and 11 (relating to licences) and section 31 (the general regulation-making power).

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 31 March 2000.

3 Amendment of Employment Agents Regulation 1996

The Employment Agents Regulation 1996 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
