Fair Work Act 2009 Single Enterprise Agreement Rapala Freetime Australia Pty Ltd.
[1] Employment Advocacy Solutions Pty Ltd, as a bargaining representative for Rapala Freetime Australia Pty Ltd, has filed an application for the approval of a single-enterprise agreement titled Fair Work Act 2009 Single Enterprise Agreement Rapala Freetime Australia Pty Ltd (“the Agreement”).
[2] In proceedings on 10 May 2011, I raised a number of preliminary queries and concerns about aspects of the Agreement and supporting materials. The matter was then stood-over to 30 May 2011, but that further date was deferred at the request of Mr C Dorber of Employment Advocacy Solutions to allow advice of counsel to be obtained.
[3] The matter had been listed for further proceedings on 7 June 2011. However, as I have today received a notice of discontinuance, that listing is vacated and the proceedings are now concluded.
