Employers' Indemnity Supplementation Fund

Amendment and Repeal Regulations 2008

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Employers' Indemnity Supplementation Fund Amendment and Repeal Regulations 2008.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	regulation 3 — on the day after that day;
(c)	regulation 4 — on 26 June 2008.

3.	Employers' Indemnity Supplementation Fund Regulations 2001 amended
(1)	The amendments in this regulation are to the Employers' Indemnity Supplementation Fund Regulations 2001.
(2)	Regulation 2 is amended by deleting "25 June 2009" and inserting instead —
" 25 June 2008 ".

4.	Employers' Indemnity Supplementation Fund Regulations 2001 repealed
The Employers' Indemnity Supplementation Fund Regulations 2001 are repealed.
