s1 3 s4 Emergency Services Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 121, 2007 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Emergency Services Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2007. Part 2 Amendment of Building Fire Safety Regulation 1991 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Building Fire Safety Regulation 1991. 4 Amendment of s 22 (Definitions for pt 4) Section 22, definition base fee — omit, insert— ‘ base fee , relating to stated building work, means— (a) if the building work is to have a floor area of not more than 700m 2 —$339.10; or (b) if the building work is to have a floor area of more than 700m 2 but not more than 1100m 2 —$610.70; or (c) if the building work is to have a floor area of more than 1100m 2 but not more than 1500m 2 —$747.10; or (d) if the building work is to have a floor area of more than 1500m 2 but not more than 2000m 2 —$818.25; or (e) if the building work is to have a floor area of more than 2000m 2 —$853.85 plus $6.55 for each 100m 2 , or part of 100m 2 , over 2000m 2 .’.
