Emergency Management Revocation Regulations 2012

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revoke the Emergency Management Regulations 2003.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 39 of the Emergency Management Act 1986.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2012.

4Revocation of Emergency Management Regulations 2003

The Emergency Management Regulations 2003[1] are revoked.

1.     General Information

The Emergency Management Revocation Regulations 2012, S.R. No. 67/2012 were made on 28 June 2012 by the Governor in Council under section 39 of the Emergency Management Act 1986, No. 30/1986 and came into operation on 1 July 2012: regulation 3.

The Emergency Management Revocation Regulations 2012 will sunset 10 years after the day of making on 28 June 2022 (see section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994).

There are no amendments made to the Emergency Management Revocation Regulations 2012 by statutory rules, subordinate instruments and Acts.
