Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.              Citation

These regulations are the Emergency Management Amendment

Regu/wion,s 2013.

2. Commencement niencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a)	regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

4.             Regulation 15 amended

In re,ulation 15:

(a) in paragraph (k) delete "person." and insert:

person;

(b) after paragraph (k) insert:

(1) loss of or inter niption to the supply of

electricity that is capable of causing or resulting
in loss of life, prejudice to the safety, or halm

5.             Regulation 23B amended

In regulation 23B delete "15(k)" and insert:
