Emergency Management Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Emergency Management Amendment Regulations 2012.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regul ations amended

These regulations amend the Emergency Management

Regulations 2006.

4.             Regulation 21 :emended

In regulation 21 delete "WestNet Rail Pty Limited" (each occurrence) and insert:

(a) for the emergency management aspect of response; and

Brookfield Rail Pty Limited

Note: The heading to amended regulation 21 is to read

Hazard management agency — Brookfield Rail Pty Limited

5. Regulation 22 amended

Hospitals (Services Charges) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Hospitals (Services Charges)

flinenr. men' Regulations (No. 2) 012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -
(a)	regulations I and 2	on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazelle;

(b) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Re-uhitions amended

These regulations amend the Hospitals (Services Charges)

Regulations 1984.

4. Regulation 4 amended
In regulation 4(1) insert in alphabetical order:

midwife means a person registered under the Health
Practitioner Regulation National Lave (Western

Aistralia) whose name is entered on the Register of

Midwives kept under that La^^w,
