We are of the view that this application for special leave does not identify any question of general principle and there is otherwise insufficient reason to doubt the correctness of the judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of New South Wales to warrant the grant of special leave to appeal.  Special leave should be refused with costs.

2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1, we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
