s1 2 s3 Electronic Transactions (Queensland) (Postponement) No. 118, 2002 Regulation 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Electronic Transactions (Queensland) (Postponement) Regulation 2002 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 7 June 2003. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means an uncommenced provision of the ElectronicTransactions (Queensland) Act 2001 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 9 June 2003.
