Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to correct a typographical error in the commencement clause
of the Electronic Transactions (Consumer Credit Code) Amendment Regulation 2006.
This Regulation is made under the Electronic Transactions Act 2000, including section 15

(the general power to make regulations).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Electronic Transactions (Consumer Credit
Code) Further Amendment Regulation 2006.

2 Amendment of Electronic Transactions (Consumer Credit Code) Amendment Regulation 2006

The Electronic Transactions (Consumer Credit Code) Amendment Regulation 2006 is amended by omitting the word “Management” wherever occurring in clause 2 (a) and (b) and by inserting instead the word “Measurement”.
