1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of Schedule 2 to the Insurance Contracts Amendment Act 2010.

1. Amendment of Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000.
