Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 2)¹

Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 2).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000.
