1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2004.

3Amendment of Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000

Schedule 1 amends the Electronic Transactions Regulations 2000.
