1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Electronic Transactions Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence as follows:

  • (a)

    on gazettal — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

  • (b)

    on 24 June 2000 — Schedule 2.
