2 Electricity (Transfer of Assets to SWQEB) (No. 1) No. 296, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Electricity (Transfer of Assets to SWQEB) Order (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Vesting of Commission’s assets in SWQEB 2.(1) The assets set out in the Schedule divest from the Commission and vest in the South West Queensland Electricity Board. (2) The vesting takes effect on the day that this order is notified in the Gazette. ˙ Commission to advise Board of value of assets 3.(1) Within 1 month after the vesting, the Commission must give the South West Queensland Electricity Board details of the value of the assets at the date this order is gazetted. (2) No consideration is payable for the vesting of the assets. ˙ Expiry of order 4. This order expires 1 month after it is notified in the Gazette.
