s1 2 s2 Electricity (Transfer of Assets) No. 435, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Electricity (Transfer of Assets) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Assets transferred 2.(1) The assets mentioned in Schedules 1 to 4 are divested from the Commission and vested in the electricity authority named in the Schedule for the amount stated in the Schedule for the assets. (2) The assets mentioned in Schedule 5 are divested from the South East Queensland Electricity Board and vested in the Commission for the amount stated in the Schedule for the assets. (3) The assets are divested and vested under this section on the day this regulation commences.

Total written down value—$3 421 849. Substation T16 Nambour Lot 1 on RP 68390, Lot 12 on RP 845378 and buildings, plant, equipment and other works on the land. Total written down value—$1 918 538. Substation T40 Image Flat Lots 33 and 34 on RP 230797, Lots 20 to 32 on RP 26474 and buildings, plant, equipment and other works on the land. Total written down value—$355 592. Substation T70 Cooroy Lot 1 on RP 174325 and buildings, plant, equipment and other works on the land. Total written down value—$2 506 979.

South Pine to Caboolture and Palmwoods 110 kV transmission line The 110 kV transmission line connecting South Pine, Caboolture and Palmwoods substations, including— • landing spans to the strain beams at the terminal substations • transmission line easements for the line from Narangba to Palmwoods • joint ownership of transmission line easements for the line from South Pine to Narangba. Total written down value—$4 872 852. Palmwoods to Image Flat, Nambour, Cooroy, Traveston, Gympie and Woolooga 132 kV transmission line The 132 kV transmission line connecting Palmwoods, Image Flat, Nambour, Cooroy, Traveston, Gympie and Woolooga substations, including— • landing spans to the strain beams at the terminal substations • transmission line easements for the line. Total written down value—$6 428 570.

Total written down value—$775 000. Garbutt Transmission Depot and Workshop—Townsville Depot buildings, plant, equipment and other works on Reserve 488. Total written down value—$300 000. Collinsville 33 kV substation The Commission’s 33 kV distribution plant and equipment (other than revenue metering) from the 33 kV cable boxes on the secondaries of the No. 1 and No. 2 132/33/11 kV bulk supply transformers. Total written down value—$573 393.
