1.             Citation

These regulations are the Electricity (Supply Standards and

System Safely) Amendment Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Electricity (Supply Standards and

Regulations 2012.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as tollows

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette (gizettal dry);

(b) the rest of the regulations -

(i)      if gazettal day is before the day on which the Building Act 2011 section 174 comes into operation (coinmencentent da y ) — on Commencement day; or

(ii)      if tazettal day is. or is after. commencement day — on the day after gazettal day.
