Electricity Supply Industry Amendment Regulations 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 .28 June 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Electricity Supply Industry Amendment Regulations 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 July 2000. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Electricity Supply Industry Regulations 1996 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 8 substituted Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is rescinded and the following regulation is substituted: 8Appointment of system controller Transend Networks Pty Ltd (ACN 082 586 892) is appointed as the system controller.
