Electricity Supply (GGAS Scheme)

Proclamation 2012

under the

Electricity Supply Act 1995

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 97KB of the Electricity Supply Act 1995, prescribe 1 July 2012 or, if sections 3–303 of the Clean Energy Act 2011 of the Commonwealth have not commenced by that date, the date of the commencement of those sections as the termination day for the scheme set out in Part 8A of the Electricity Supply Act 1995.
