Electricity Supply Amendment Act 2000 New South Wales

No 109—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electricity Supply Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2001 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (except Schedule 1 [65], to the extent to which it inserts clause 36 into Schedule 6 to the Electricity Supply Act 1995) commence.

Explanatory note
The object of this proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Electricity Supply Amendment Act 2000, except an amendment that inserts a savings provision in the Electricity Supply Act 1995.

This proclamation is made under section 2 of the Electricity Supply Amendment Act 2000.
