I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electricity Supply Act 1995, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 1997 as the day on which section 88 of that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence section 88 of the Electricity Supply Act 1995, dealing with the requirement for the Licence Compliance Advisory Board to prepare annual reports.
