Electricity (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1996 (NSW)

1Name of Regulation

This Regulation may be cited as the Electricity (Savings and Transitional) Regulation 1996.

2Commencement

This Regulation is taken to have commenced on 1 March 1996.

3Continued operation of Electricity (Accounts) Regulation 1994 from 1.3.96 to 30.6.96(1)

This clause has effect for the period beginning on 1 March 1996 and ending on 30 June 1996.

The provisions of the Electricity (Accounts) Regulation 1994 relating to:

• (a)

  the calculation of charges for electricity supplied, and

• (b)

  the rendering of accounts for electricity supplied,

continue to have effect as if that Regulation had not been repealed.
