1. Objective

n	The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
a	Electricity Safety (Management) Regulations
n	1999 to provide for an annual administration fee
o	for a combined electricity safety management
ti	scheme and to generally improve the operation of
la	those Regulations.
is	2. Authorising provisions

e	These Regulations are made under sections 150
L	and 157 of the Electricity Safety Act 1998.
n	3. Annual administration fee

ri	In regulation 31(1) of the Electricity Safety
to	(Management) Regulations 19991—

ic	(a)	after "administration fee" insert ", under
V	section 114(2) of the Act,";

(b) after paragraph (b) insert—

"(c) a scheme operator of a combined

ts	electricity safety management scheme
n	submitted under sections 107(1)(a) and
e	107(1)(b) or sections 107(1)(b) and
m	107(1)(c) of the Act, is the sum of—
u	(i) $10 000; and

o	(ii) the relevant fee applicable to an

ta	(d) a scheme operator of a combined

electricity safety management scheme

n	submitted under sections 107(1)(a) and
e	107(1)(c) of the Act, is the relevant fee

a	4. Rebate of fees
P	In regulation 32 of the Electricity Safety
d	(Management) Regulations 1999, for
n	"section 114" substitute "section 114A".
