Electricity Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, GORDON GLEN DENTON SCHOLES, the Minister of State for Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Electricity Ordinance 1971.

After regulation 7 of the Electricity Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Articles of electrical equipment to bear registration number

"8. For the purposes of section 32M of the Ordinance, each article of electrical equipment to which a registered declaration of compliance relates shall be marked, stamped or labelled by affixing the registration number of the declaration to, or writing that number indelibly on, the article.".
