ELECTRICITY NETWORKS ACCESS CODE AMENDMENTS (NO. I) 2008

I, Francis Logan, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia, hereby amend the Electricity
Networks Access Code 2004 established under section 104(1) of the Electricity Industry Act 2004.

These amendments may be cited as the Electricity Networks Access Code Amendments (No 1) 2008.

3. The Electricity Networks Access Code amended

These amendments are to the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004*.

4. New section 12.8A inserted
Insert the following new section after section 12.8—

" 12.8A Without limiting section 12.8, in respect of a non-covered network that is part of the SW/S, the Authority may on one or more occasions at its discretion further extend the time period under section 12.7 to any date on or before 25 September 2008. ".
