This Regulation is the Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Regulation 2016.

2Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3Definition(1)

In this Regulation:

the Act means the Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2015.

4Reference to public authority in the Community Land Development Act 1989

For the purposes of section 34 of the Act, a reference to a public authority in section 36 of the Community Land Development Act 1989 includes a reference to the operator of a transacted distribution system.
