Electricity (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 2023

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation

These regulations are the Electricity (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 2023.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	regulation 4(2) — on 1 August 2023;
(c)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after gazettal day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Electricity (Licensing)

Regulations 1991.

Gazette on 6 April 2022 at page 2541; and

4. Regulation 49 amended

(1)	In regulation 49(1) delete "(2B) and (2)," and insert:
(2a) and (2B),
(2)	Delete regulation 49(1)(b) and insert:

(b) the WA Electrical Requirements issued by the Director in August 2021 and published in the

5.           Regulation 63C deleted

Delete regulation 63C.
