Electricity (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Licensing)
Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Electricity
(Licensing) Regulations 1991*.

3. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1(a) by deleting “25” and inserting instead — “ 30 ”;
(b)	in item 1(b) by deleting “40” and inserting instead — “ 50 ”;
(c)	in item 2(a) by deleting “45” and inserting instead — “ 60 ”;
(d)	in item 2(b) by deleting “280” and inserting instead — “ 320 ”;
(e)	in item 2(c) by deleting “140” and inserting instead — “ 160 ”.
