Electricity (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Licensing)
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991* is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1(a) by deleting "20" and inserting instead — " 25 ";
(b)	in item 1(b) by deleting "30" and inserting instead — " 40 ";
(c)	in item 2(a) by deleting "31" and inserting instead — " 45 ";
(d)	in item 2(b) by deleting "256" and inserting instead — " 280 ";
(e)	in item 2(c) by deleting "128" and inserting instead — " 140 ".
