ELECTRICITY (LICENSING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Licensing) Amendment

Regulations 1997.

Schedule 1 amended

2.Schedule 1 to the Electricity (Licensing) Regulations 1991* is amended —

(a) in item 1 (b) by deleting "12 P.A." and substituting the following —

" 16 P.A. ";

(b) in item 2 (b) by deleting "200" and substituting the following —

" 230 "; and

(c) in item 2 (c) by deleting "100" and substituting the following —

" 115 ".
