ELECTRICITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (WHOLESALE

ELECTRICITY MARKET) ACT 1997 NO 21—PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electricity Legislation Amendment (Wholesale Electricity Market) Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 July 1997 as the day on which that Act (Schedule 1 [29] excepted) commences.
