Electricity Legislation Amendment New South Wales

(TransGrid) Act 2000—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Electricity Legislation Amendment (TransGrid) Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 December 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.
