Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations are the Electricity Industry (Wholesale
Market) Repeal Regulations 2006.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 April 2006.
3. Repeal
The Electricity Industry (Wholesale Market) Regulations 2004 are repealed.
